The project is a core and shell for an office building located in the center of Washington DC. SBP provided comprehensive LEED v2009 consulting, energy modeling, and commissioning services for this project. SBP provided strategic sustainability planning throughout the design and assistance throughout construction and post-occupancy through commissioning. With the effort of the project team and SBP, 1441 L was able to achieve LEED Platinum.
