Pittsburgh Produce Terminal

The Pittsburgh Produce Terminal is a Core and Shell mixed use building located in the developing Strip District of Pittsburgh, PA. Some key highlights from this project include the preservation and restoration of the historic facade, the creation of pedestrian passageways that connect the neighborhood to the riverfront trail, and widening Smallman Street docks to provide elevated pedestrian access to storefronts and dining. SBP provided comprehensive LEED v2009 consulting services and strategic sustainability planning throughout the design and construction process.
