Arlington Gateway

Arlington Gateway is a 12-story LEED Gold Certified office building located in Ballston business district of Arlington, Virginia. SBP provided comprehensive LEED for Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance consulting services for the project. SBP navigated the team of property management, engineering and vendors through the feasibility & project planning, development of the path to compliance, pre-performance period set-up, oversight during the performance period on through the LEED application submission, reviews, responses and ultimate credit approvals and completed energy audits and other directly related services in support of the Certification.
