Union Wharf

Union Wharf, a modern, eclectic mixed-use apartment building is a new construction project located at 915 South Wolfe Street in Baltimore. With the help and guidance of SBP, this five story, 315,783 square foot building features the latest in energy efficient design. As part of this effort, SBP conducted a whole building energy model and commissioning services throughout the design process. Union Wharf includes an improved thermal envelope reducing heat loss and energy costs. The energy model, based on the building’s features, resulted in an approved savings of 24%.
