The Asher

The Asher multifamily complex will be located near several mass transit options in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. The facility will utilize a photovoltaic array and house 206 residences with high efficiency HVAC systems, Energy Star appliances, and low flow plumbing fixtures. Residents will have access to state-of-the-art business and fitness centers, WiFi in the Club Room and lobby, and an underground parking garage ventilated with carbon monoxide sensors.

The project earned (4) LEED EA Credit 1 points for Optimized Energy Performance relative to ASHRAE 90.1-2004 and LEED whole building energy modeling protocol.
