BUILDING HIGHLIGHTS

This exciting project was a historic rehabilitation / rebirth of Maryland’s largest stone mill (circa 1866) into an active and vibrant mixed-use residential and commercial development. This adaptive reuse project looks to serve as the catalyst for positive redevelopment of the historic Hampden and Woodberry communities of Baltimore, Maryland. This facility includes health and human service business offices and (56) residences developed primarily to house and attract inner city school teachers. SBP provide whole building energy modeling and design assistance for this project in support of improving the energy performance of the facility and to successfully meet the requirements of the Baltimore City Green Building Standard (BCGBS).
