500 First Street, NW is a twelve-story LEED Gold Certified Class A office building located within walking distance of Union Station and the U.S. Capitol. SBP provided comprehensive LEED for Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance consulting services for the project.  SBP navigated the team of property management, engineering and vendors through the feasibility & project planning, development of the path to compliance, pre-performance period set-up, oversight during the performance period on through the LEED application submission, reviews, responses and ultimate credit approvals.
