Station house project consisted of an experienced design and construction team that made sustainability a project goal. Building attributes include a green roof, electric vehicle charging stations, and rainwater capture for irrigation. The high performance water source heat pumps with DX cooling and premium performance glazing help reduce the energy load on the building.
