INOVA - Medical Office Building IV

INOVA is an impending LEED Silver project in Fairfax County, Virginia. SBP provided full service LEED consulting, commissioning, process administration and sustainable design consulting services for the project. Additionally, SBP provided peer review services related to energy performance and LEED quality assurance. SBP focused on the base building energy systems to prepare it for the linear accelerator for cancer patients. Teamed with Architecture, Inc., SBP helped the design and construction team navigate the LEED project and work toward achieving a LEED Silver certification.
