Caotctin View is a renovated Senior Apartment Community building from the Housing Authority of the City of Frederick. It’s located in Frederick Maryland, and assists the local community in providing a space for seniors to live at an affordable price. SBP assisted with the project earning EGC and Energy Star Certifications. 800 Motter Ave, Frederick, MD 21701
