Georgetown University

The Healey Family Student Center is one of the newest additions to Georgetown University’s campus. With over 44,000 sf of student programming and social space it includes a student center, group study rooms, pub, meeting rooms, ballroom, music and dance studios, film studies theater, and an outdoor terrace. Sustainable Building Partners provided comprehensive LEED New Construction consulting and commissioning services for the project. SBP facilitated strategic sustainability planning throughout the design process and certification tracking assistance during
construction, ultimately leading the project towards LEED Gold certification.
