PHDC is a commercial interior office space located in downtown DC between Dupont Circle and Foggy Bottom. SBP provided comprehensive LEEDv4 consulting services for the project. SBP provided strategic sustainability planning throughout the design process and assistance throughout construction. SBP also developed the LEED energy model and conducted fundamental and enhanced commissioning services.
