Union Wharf

Union Wharf is a modern, eclectic, mixed-use new construction apartment building located in Baltimore’s Fell’s Point neighborhood. With the help and guidance of SBP, this five story, 315,783 square foot building features the latest in energy efficient design. SBP conducted a total building energy model and commissioning services throughout the design process. Union Wharf includes an improved thermal envelope, which reduces heat loss and energy costs. The energy model, based on the building’s features, resulted in an approved savings of 24%.
