2001 M

2001 M is a full building major renovation to a Class A office space located in the heart of Washington, DC business district. SBP has/is providing the full suite of energy and sustainable design consulting services for the project. SBP worked with an experienced owner, design and construction team throughout the development of the project. SBP provide full service support for the project including LEED Process Management, Sustainability Consulting, Whole Building Energy Modeling, and ultimately Commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
