Nisky Center

The Nisky Center, located in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, was a 53,000 square foot project! SBP used a calibrated energy model and Life Cycle Cost Analysis to identify the best potential implementation of a system of energy efficiency opportunities (EEO), rooftop photovoltaics, and battery storage. The solution implemented includes strategic upgrades of aging HVAC equipment, LED upgrade of both owner and tenant lighting fixtures, and installation of a 250 kW PV system with advanced monitoring systems.
