City View Apartments

City View Apartments is a brand-new 58 unit apartment community. Apartment homes feature energy-efficient stainless steel appliance package, washer and dryer in each home, 24 hour front desk, fitness center and on-site management and maintenance. SBP provided design consulting services and on-site verification to ensure design related items were implemented properly. SBP also tested central mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as well as in-unit testing of exhaust fans, duct leakage and overall unit infiltration. Project includes on-site renewable energy system (solar) that generates 86,000 kWh annually.
