Axiom Apartments

Cabin Branch comprises two residential buildings totaling 272 units with amenity spaces. SBP provided LEED consulting services as well as onsite verification to confirm that design elements were installed and implemented properly. Onsite verification includes diagnostic testing for unit air infiltration, duct leakage testing of unit HVAC systems, airflow testing of all exhaust fans and fundamental commissioning of common area mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
