Cambria on Q

The Cambria on Q Hotel stands on Washington’s Capitol Riverfront, at the intersection of the Potomac and Anacostia rivers and scarcely a mile south of the Capitol. Located midway between the historic Washington Navy Yard on the east and the new Wharf complex to the west, and a short walk from the Nationals Park. It is a 9-level building with 185 guest rooms. The original goal was to achieve LEED Silver, which we exceeded, achieving Gold.

SBP provided comprehensive LEED v4 consulting services for the project. SBP provided strategic sustainability planning throughout the design and construction process. In addition, SBP was contracted to provide Fundamental & Enhanced Commissioning services as well as LEED and LCA Modeling services.
