Spring Flats Senior

Spring Flats Senior is a gut-rehab with a total of 88 units and 4 stories. It is now a Senior Living Center and is part of a number of projects within the Spring Flats master site. The other projects include townhomes and a multifamily apartment building. All projects will be LEED Gold. SF Senior performed well across multiple categories and earned a total of 69.5 points. Project is located near the Columbia Heights neighborhood.
