energy efficiency initiatives, SBP provided meticulous hourly energy simulation services and energy systems design assist support.
Collaborating closely with the project architect and MEP engineer, SBP meticulously outlined energy savings goals and quantified
strategies to achieve them. Beyond its energy-efficient design, Goodwin House offers a comprehensive range of amenities and services
tailored to meet the diverse needs of its 90 residents. From memory care to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care, every aspect of
the facility is designed with resident comfort and convenience in mind. Embracing the surrounding landscape, Goodwin House
seamlessly integrates with its environment. With 40 underground parking spaces, 37,500 square feet of green space, and inviting
perimeter patios, residents have ample opportunities to engage with nature and enjoy the outdoors. Resident garden beds and extensive
landscaping, adorned with walking paths, further enhance the sense of tranquility and community.
