K & L Gates

Congrats to K & L Gates in DC for their newly certified LEED building on 1601 K Street! This major interior renovation was mainly focused on the floors occupied by K&L Gates Law Firm. This project highlighted the two pillars of health & wellness and sustainability with an emphasis placed on creating a healthy work environment! SBP provided LEED consulting services that helped design for the use of low-emitting materials and incorporating enhanced IAQ strategies.
