Matson Mill is the next coolest 280-unit apartment community located right outside of Philadelphia that is now LEED Certified! The 317, 740 square foot property is placed along the banks of the Schuylkill River. The project aimed to incorporate heavy vegetation in their landscaping, low-emitting materials, and their quality views to help achieve their LEED certification.
