SBP provided LEED Design and Construction consulting services, as well as Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services. The project is located in downtown San Francisco. The project comprises the 12th floor of 4 Embarcadero Center, which is 45 stories.The initial goal of the project was to achieve the certified rating (40 points), the project exceeded expectations and achieved 41 points.
