Silver Spring Metro Plaza

The Silver Spring Metro Plaza (SSMP) campus consists of three LEED Gold Certified office buildings located next to the new Silver Spring “City Place” in Silver Spring, Maryland.  SBP provided comprehensive LEED for Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance consulting services for the project.  SBP navigated the team of property management, engineering and vendors through the feasibility & project planning, development of the path to compliance, pre-performance period set-up, oversight during the performance period on through the LEED application submission, reviews, responses and ultimate credit approvals.
