Maryland Institute College of Art built a 74,000 sf addition to an existing residence hall, newly named Leake Hall, boasts accomodations for 200 students and includes unique amenity features such as a black box theater, artist studios, multifunctional space, and a tiered lecture hall. SBP assisted with the project meeting BCGBS requirements for energy efficiency and commissioning along with providing analysis and documentation for BG&E utility rebates.
