1625 Eye

Recognized as “The Outstanding Building of the Year” at the 2012 TOBY Awards, 1625 Eye Street is a 12-story LEED® Gold Certified Class A office building in DC’s Farragut Square. Providing comprehensive LEED® consulting services, SBP led the team of property managers, engineers and vendors through the feasibility and project planning stages, compliance process, pre-performance period set-up, and application submission, review, response and ultimate credit approval stages. Beyond this extensive consulting process, SBP conducted ASHRAE® Level I and II energy audits, a building life cycle cost analysis, a whole building energy simulation, custodial effectiveness assessments, tenant surveys, GHG emissions reports and waste stream audits.
