So Others Might Eat (SOME) Conway Center is a mixed-used facility in a Northeast DC that creates a healthy and sustainable environment for the local community. The facility contains affordable housing as well as access to employment training and medical services. SBP worked with the project team to help navigate energy code compliance, including documentation requirements, mandatory provisions, and demonstration of the whole building Performance Path compliance. Additionally, SBP provided support and general design evaluation, assessment, and benchmarking for the LEED for Homes Mid-rise pilot certification.
