The Highlands

West Rosslyn Towers is a three-tower, 1.3 million-square-foot apartment, condominium, and fire station featuring 900 residential units and ground-floor retail in the heart of Rosslyn. SBP provided comprehensive Master Site LEED, Energy Modeling, and Commissioning services for this project and was heavily involved from early site plan entitlement conditions, working with the project team, owner, and Arlington County. This was a dual Certification project following a Master Site approach to improve efficiencies at the site level across buildings. SBP worked closely with the team throughout each design milestone, reviewing and assessing the energy and sustainability impact of decisions and ensuring Certification goals were met.
