West Rosslyn Towers is a three-tower, 1.3 million square foot apartment, condominium and fire station featuring 900 residential units and ground-floor retail in the heart of Rosslyn. SBP is providing comprehensive Master Site LEED, Energy
Modeling and Commissioning services for this project and has been heavily involved from early site plan entitlement conditions working with the project team, owner and Arlington County. This is a dual Certification project following a Master Site approach to improve efficiencies relative to site level measures across buildings. SBP has worked closely with the team throughout each design milestone to review and assess the energy and sustainable impact of decisions and to ensure Certification goals will be met.
