Town Center Fire Station

As part of the LEED NC Certification pursuit for this Fire Station, SBP provide detailed whole building energy modeling
analysis throughout the design process including incorporation energy efficiency measures, energy consulting, cost savings feedback and LEED EAp2 and EAc1 Performance. This project has achieved an estimated energy cost savings of 28% relative to the equivalent ASHRAE 90.1-2007 baseline which was awarded (9) LEED EA Credit 1 points. by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
