Vienna Community Center

Vienna Community Center underwent a three-phase expansion and renovation of the 32,000 sf center. Phase 1 included the renovation of the entire facility and the addition of a new lobby, gym, and support space. The project was master planned for future administrative space, aerobics/dance facility and both indoor and outdoor pools. Significant site work including relocating a portion of the W&OD bike trail and parking was also included. This facility was designed to meet a LEED Silver Certification, but was able to achieve LEED Gold.
