1625 Eye Street is a 12-story LEED Gold Certified Class A office building located in Washington, DC’s central business district Farragut Square. This facility was also awarded the national 2012 “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) award. SBP provided comprehensive LEED for Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance consulting services for the project. SBP navigated the team of property management, engineering and vendors through the feasibility & project planning, development of the path to compliance, pre-performance period set-up, oversight during the performance period on through the LEED application submission, reviews, responses and ultimate credit approvals. Some of the services in addition to the process management SBP provided on this project included:
