The Reznick Group became the first accounting firm in Montgomery County to be earn the Green Business designation. A further testament to this recognition Reznick Group elected to pursue a LEED for Commercial Interiors Certification for their new headquarters fit-out located in Bethesda, Maryland. The fit-out was awarded LEED Silver Certification in February of 2012. This sustainably recognized fit-out covers three floors at approximately 92,650 sf. As part of this effort, SBP performed commissioning services for the project which included review and testing of the daylighting controls system, occupancy sensors, air testing and balancing verification, etc.
