The 1525 14th Street project is a six story office building under development, lying within a half-mile of McPherson Square, Dupont Circle, and U-Street metro stops. The building location resides in the middle of a pedestrian oriented, environmentally conscious region. As part of 1525 14th Street’s goal to achieve the energy performance goals of a LEED Gold certification, SBP performed a energy model during the design process.
