349,368 SF. SBP provided comprehensive LEED Consulting, Commissioning and Energy-Consulting services for this LEED
Silver project. SBP was involved in the project from schematic design through final construction and Certification. SBP helped improve the property’s indoor environmental quality by selecting responsible construction materials and increasing ventilation. The property also was able to reduce water use through water efficient landscaping and stormwater control system.
