City View Apartments

City View Apartments is a brand-new 58-unit apartment community. Apartment homes feature an energy-efficient stainless steel appliance package, washer and dryer in each home, 24-hour front desk, fitness center, and on-site management and maintenance. SBP provided design consulting services and on-site verification to ensure design-related items were implemented properly. SBP also tested central mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as in-unit testing of exhaust fans, duct leakage, and overall unit infiltration. The project includes an on-site renewable energy system (solar) that generates 86,000 kWh annually and was awarded the USGBC Innovative Project – Residential 2021.
