The Waycroft

The Waycroft is a mixed use building located in Arlington County in the Ballston neighborhood, at the corner of Glebe Rd and Wilson Blvd. The almost 55,000 square foot building has approximately 500 residential units, an anchor grocery store, and other neighborhood retail. SBP provided comprehensive LEED New Construction consulting services for the project. SBP facilitated strategic sustainability planning throughout the design process and certification tracking assistance during construction. In addition to sustainability consulting, SBP performed LEED and code energy modeling, fundamental and enhanced commissioning,
and energy measurement & verification planning and inspections. SBP also facilitated Arlington County Green and Energy submissions, inspections, and permitting coordination.
